Chris and Bob Douglas welcome you to the Pavilion Bed & Breakfast, the first B&B in Settlers Hills.

The Pavilion B&B is a short 40 minute drive from Perth along the Freeway.

Set in beautiful semi-rural Baldivis, close to spacious parks and the 1940’s cricket pavilion, let our home be your base as you explore the hinterland of Rockingham or visit some of the local wineries just 10 mins away.

Enjoy the peace of Settlers Hills’ evenings amid the call of bird life; revel in the glorious sunsets from our hilltop vantage - and relax.
